SHIPPING
All works are wrapped in safe, protective packaging and have received the final inspection from the Artist. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 1-2 weeks for delivery.
$100 shipping insurance is included with every purchase. Should one want fully insured coverage for their shipment, please be sure to add Guide Shipping to your purchase - we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
LOCAL PICK-UP
FREE local pickup is available for applicable products with our partners at 7 Roots located in Laguna Beach, CA.
Available within 7 Roots Store Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-5pm

Orders not picked up within 3 weeks since date of pickup confirmation email being sent are subject to shipping with an invoice being sent to the email on file. Should you have any concerns for meeting this timeframe, please contact support at hello@kaylaraeresin.com
Should one choose pickup at checkout and later opt for shipping, an invoice with shipping cost will be sent to the customers email on file. Package will not be sent until this invoice is paid in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact us at hello@kaylaraeresin prior to placing your order- we are happy to provide a custom shipping quote. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, please be in contact with your country’s customs. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties.
CARE

RETURNS
Each original artwork and cheeseboard are 100% handmade, including the wood panels. As a result, expect imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique! No original can be recreated.
Color in actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen. We do our best to match what you see to online to the originals, but it is difficult for us to compensate for everyone's personal computer settings, reflections from photographs.
No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged from shipment upon arrival. Should any product or artwork be lost or damaged from such, please contact us. Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer refunds for original paintings and replacement of products. Again, please note that due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be slight imperfections from the artist's process. If you believe you fall under a special circumstance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
